Restoration House believes marriage is a very special and sacred gift designed by God to be a spiritual and legal union between one man and one woman to the exclusion of all others. As a church, we want to help you establish your marriage on God’s firm foundation and plan a wedding celebrating your love while bringing glory to God.

We’re excited to serve our partners and attendees during the process of marriage and wedding planning.

We offer a variety of resources to help you plan and execute your rehearsal and wedding.

HOLIDAYS & WEDDINGS

Weddings and rehearsals may not be scheduled on the week leading up to Easter weekend, the week leading up to Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, the week following Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Weddings requested on Victoria Day, Labour Day, or Thanksgiving weekend are subject to pastor availability.

 

WEDDING SCHEDULING

Weddings cannot be scheduled more than one year ahead of time and no less than three months from your desired date.

 

PREMARITAL COUNSELING

Understanding God’s blueprint for a successful marriage is essential for every couple before their wedding day. Practical issues will be discussed during premarital counseling from a biblical perspective through regular meetings with a mentor couple. Premarital counseling is a non-negotiable prerequisite to all weddings held at Restoration House.
